Age up to II with Logistician and build the Arsenal and a Tavern. Get Dominion and 700w for torps to get pop space and train Thuggees. Get Counter Infantry Rifling against pike/135HP Musks(Gascenya) and add paper cartridge vs 150HP Musks.

Enjoy oneshotting Heavy Infantry with 135/150dmg per hit.
