Outlaw the Mexicans
This is a long age 2 play, the goal is to boom with limited age 2 economy, revolt, then back to Mexico while fighting superior army without using cannon. If done correctly it can snowball without control as your army is instantly trained and most likely give resource greater than their own value.
SHIPMENTS ORDER:
1 - Hacienda immediately work for cow, the 2 settler can go for food
- 12 settler on food, 2 on wood, age up with Tlaxcala, the card is useful later. Create barrack from wagon
2 - 5v for wood
3 - 4v for coin
4 - 500 food chipotle,then Advance TP if you can get at least 2 TP
- try to get 15 settler on food, 10 on wood, 5 on coin. Create a saloon, then a second barrack, and a market. After those building, keep pumping settler preferably till 60 settler (25f/15w/20c), preferably more.
- excess food for insurgente, excess coin for any ranged merc available, all wood for house and Hacienda. Insurgente and Merc is your main composition while facing potentially age 3 cannon, you can also harass enemy with those army to farm exp for shipment
5 - Advanced Saloon. from now on bank those shipment
- at this time make sure you have at least 2 barrack, 3 saloon, 1-2 stable, 7 hacienda, and 1 cathedral before revolt to Baja California.
- make sure you have at least 1250f, 2450w, 1250c, and 3 unused shipment because the next shipment is crucial to be send together. If all is met, revolt now!

8 - from now on enemy is your gold mine, and their building is your main food source
9 - send if you have 2 TP, can be skipped for later if not, the same goes for Coach gun
- create 6 more saloon at the center of the map, the tower wagon should also be build in the middle of the map
- death push with all Insurgente, Mercenary, Outlaw, and Filibuster.
10 - send the moment population reach 199/200
- revert back to Mexico, we are vastly out tech by enemy, only by aggressively harassing them we are still in the game
11 - We rebuild our economy, with 7 Hacienda we will get 16 settler
12 - second factory
- if there is still enough wood, create 2 more town center, and boom again, this time it is to 50 settler (30 on coin, 10 on food, 10 on wood)
13 - Cantina. this is where we say goodbye to merc and insurgente, from now on our army composition is Bandido, Desperado, Cuatrero, and Soldado
14 - Lib March for speed, together with the church tech and saloon tech, outlaw is created instantly
15 - Advance Arsenal for more speed
- from now on, our shipment focus is depending on situation, either buffing our army or going imperial.
NOTES:
- Land of Walker + Land of Juarez + Man of Destiny = our General will make nearby Outlaws and Soldado to keep using their charged abilities.
- Mexican Standoff can be sent later in the game to further increase our damage output, more damage = more coin for more outlaws.
- When reverting to Mexico, Saloon will have 3 build limit instead of maintaining 9 build limit, if your saloon is badly positioned, you need to destroy all saloon to relocate them.
- You only need to research Imperial Soldado since 3 of 4 of your units deals area damage, cannon can be neglected.
- Remember enemy army and building is your resource, once you bank enough resource and have 2 factory and 20 cows, it is possible to go 200 population as Outlaws and Soldado.
- Bad Boys will make your Outlaws better against enemy army, but much worse against enemy building and cannons.
