An extremely cancerous build that works better in multiplayer than against the AI (the AI ages up so quickly in high difficulty that this sort of timing has no chance of working).
Game plan :
Sacrifice your entire economic development to reach age 2 extremely quickly then snipe the enemy's town center with a batch of 5 flail elephants backed by a military shipment.
Age I :
10/10 opening. Age up with the tower of victory. Build with two villager to reach age 2 around 3'40".
In transition gather 250w and 50 c and send 1 villagers forward to build a castle. Then, everyone back to food.
Your treasure focus should be on wood and coin. If you can get enough coin to start training one flail elephant before the 700c arrive, it will accelerate the timing significantly. And timing is everything with this build.
Age II :
Ship 700c asap. Gather the wood crates, build three houses and train one villagers. Collect the coin crates as soon as they arrive and train a batch of 5 flail elephants. Ship 4 sowar thereafter.
With good treasures, you can get 23 military population (5 flail+4 sowar) before 5'20". Go straight for the TC. Use the power from the wonder to speed up the process. Sowars should focus on the minutement that your opponent will call.
Follow up :
Either you kill the TC and any tower in base and you have basically won, or you have not and you are more or less dead because your economy is non existent.
