National guard units: State Militia (Volunteer) Unique units: Carbine Cavalry, Minuteman, State Militia, Regular, Sharpshooter, Gatling Gun Unique buildings: Can build a Meeting House and a State Capitol which may train Construction Wagons or research unique improvements.
